= метод поли(A)поли(T)[лат. connectere — связывать, соединять; греч. methodos — способ познания]метод, используемый в генной инженерии (см. генетическая инженерия) для соединения вектора и клонируемой последовательности ДНК, который заключается в присоединении с помощью терминальной трансферазы к 3'-концам плазмиды полидезоксиаденилового хвоста, а к 3'-концам встраиваемого фрагмента политимидилового хвоста. Затем в результате комплементарного взаимодействия поли(дA) с поли(T) происходит соединение вектора и фрагмента. Метод предложен П. Бергом с соавт. в 1972 г.Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
